Description du poste / stage

Airbus is undergoing a transformation into an agile, innovative, customer centric and digitally powered business.
For the IT function this means having the unique opportunity to shift from an efficient enabler towards a creator of Business value!
In order to be successful, the organizational change needs to start from the top.
As a result of the new IT Operating Model, an organization has been designed around four main Service Lines: Business
Planning & Management, Technology Services, Business Services for Corporate & Cross Function and Digital Incubator.

Leadership role:

  • Leadership: We want to change our way of working, we want to free up the creative capacity in the organization, and so we have started to think about the way we lead and collaborate, and how we need to change to start living the concept of the 'leader as a coach'. Our key expectations here are: capacity to empower, innovate and connect people and businesses!
  • Business Relationship Manager: Proactively serves as a 'trusted advisor,' and functions as a key point of contact for IT business stakeholders. They represent IT to the business by promoting IT's vision, value, services, and capabilities. In addition, this position acts as an advocate on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure IT services meet their business priorities and needs. They have the accountability for achieving product objective Targets.


Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités

A. Accountabilities

• Define the service and drive transformation of the public could platform and its adoption across Airbus Group. Evangelise it adoption across IT and business stakeholders across Airbus Group, using concrete examples and data to demonstrate the enhanced agility and benefits
• Build internal teams and expertise in public cloud and DevOps and test automation, product ownership and agile ways of working. Adopt client centric approach.
• Build cloud consulting service that enables projects to onboard easily and quickly.
• Build Airbus DevOps capability that is both centralised and de centralised enabling project teams to adopt new was of working, tools etc.
• Develop the cloud and devops capabilities, define an investment roadmap balancing platform capabilities with business vakue.
• Build a brand externally and internally attracting digital talent to the team, including workplace ways of working and culture.
• Reporting on the value created/enabled by the team quarterly.

B. Leadership

  • Influence and impact - ability to identify the key senior stakeholders to engage, how to engage them, and get their buy in.
  • Set standards and live by these for leadership.
  • Set a common vision, roadmap and lead their teams to this.
  • Structured and value driven in their prioritization.

C. Key behavioural traits:

  • Speed matters. They have a propensity for action.

D. Problem solving

Compétences requises

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Master’s degree level (or equivalent)
  • Experience with strong understanding of Information Technology, Human Resources, Cultural Change
  • Negotiation level of English,
  • Excellent and adaptive communication skills written & Oral
  • Enterprise Cloud Platforms and PaaS services
  • Good experience in Agile, Lean and or Design thinking
  • Previous record of deploying DevOps working practices and technology in enterprises.
  • Demonstrably passionate and focused on business outcomes and their delivery
  • Transforming teams to work in digital technologies and environments.
